Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
The short version: shakeshift. has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your classes stay on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
shakeshift. helps group fitness coaches plan classes on iPhone and run them from Apple Watch. This policy covers the shakeshift. app and this website.
What the app stores
Your exercises, templates, classes and settings are stored only on your iPhone and Apple Watch. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. There are no accounts and no sign-in.
Apple Health
If you allow it, the Apple Watch app reads your heart rate during a class and saves each class you teach to Apple Health as a workout. This information stays in Apple Health on your devices, under your control.
You can turn off saving in the app's Settings. You can remove the app's Health access at any time in the Health app or in Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices. Health information is never used for advertising, never sold and never shared with anyone.
Sharing files
If you choose to share a class or template, the app creates a file and you pick who to send it to. The file contains only the class: exercise names, times, order and equipment. Nothing is sent unless you send it.
Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your payment details. Apple shares only limited, non-identifying sales reports with us.
No tracking
The app has no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party code that collects data. If you choose to share crash reports with developers in your device settings, Apple may pass anonymous crash reports to us to help fix bugs.
This website
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. If you sign up for launch updates, we use your email address only to send shakeshift. updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Children
shakeshift. is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
